This is a pesto with hemp seeds and oil. Pesto is normally made with olive oil, basil, garlic, parmesan and pine nuts. Here, we will adapt this recipe to make it with hemp. First, we&#8217;ll replace olive oil with hemp oil. For those who find hemp oil too strong a taste and find it hard to get used to, I recommend mixing it with another oil. For the purposes of this recipe, I suggest a 1:1 mixture of hemp oil and olive oil. Just note that the hemp seeds will absorb the oil, so if there are too many seeds, the mixture will be pasty, so be careful. Be careful not to overheat the pesto. Add to pasta after cooking and reheat slightly. Hemp oil is a very high-quality oil, and too much heat can cause it to lose its nutritional properties.
