How to solidify the webbing on your hemp belt

Hemp fiber, being a natural and non-synthetic fiber, cannot be burned with a flame to cauterize it and prevent it from unraveling, as can be done with nylon, for example. In fact, your belt will catch fire if you expose it to an open flame. It should therefore be avoided.
